Website Art Direction

Fairview House

Tina Smith, founder of Atlanta-based web agency Creative, was looking for a way to increase the visual curb appeal of the websites they design for their clients. The Fairview House project was a ground-up creative process. I provided art direction for a custom photoshoot featuring the many amenities of the luxury vacation getaway and mocked up a couple of website layout options.

You can see the selected mockup here. Tina’s dev team then took the layered files to build the live site.

This image is the layout that the graphic designer gave the development team to show how to build this StoryBranded website. To see the live site, please visit highlandsfairviewhouse.com

“I want the first impression my clients get to be, ‘Oh, my gosh, this looks amazing.’ And, I learned the hard way, not every designer delivers that sort of visual curb appeal from what I communicate to them. Mindy translates the ideas and feelings I have and turns it into a style that communicates what I want my clients to feel. She helps me get the elevated look I need to match what I bring to the table. Don’t spin your wheels or waste your money with someone who can’t get the look right.”

Nutrition World

Nutrition World came to Tina with a set of well-established brand guidelines and their own photo and video content but wanted a modern look for their website. I was able to combine the assets they already had with a few small additions to create the clean look they needed. The layout below is what Tina’s dev team took to develop the live site.

This is an image of the layout the graphic designer sent the web development team to show how to design the website. To see the live site, please visit nutritionw.com and experience this StoryBranded website layout.
